After selling a condo with another realtor a few years back I was left with a bad taste in my mouth - having taken over 6 months to sell. This time around I wasn't initially looking forward to selling my home but decided the inevitable should be achieved with a new company and a new realtor. Dave was fully aware that selling my home would be a challenge. With probably over a thousand other homes exactly like mine for sale in Calgary, I realized fairly quickly that it would require extra effort to make it stand out and appeal to the right buyers. In fact it did sell quickly (just over 2 weeks) and I'm convinced that it was a 100% reflection of Dave's "beyond the call of duty" attitude.

Dave was great - very helpful. We were moving here from out of town and he was very accommodating with time lines, emails, new listings, even previewing houses of interest. His feedback was welcomed. When Dave was away he arranged for another Realtor to help us out and she was just as fantastic. We were very happy with the service both Realtors provided to us.
